After a lot of thought, Stef and I have decided to stop our weekly matchups for Meijer and Martin’s. Long story short, we do everything on this blog ourselves and it is becoming very hard for us to keep up with all the stores we cover. On a personal note, about a month ago my two kids, who are three and four, stopped taking naps. This may not seem very significant, but since naptime was my blogging time it has drastically changed my schedule.
I’ve tried to adjust to the change, but I’ve ended up blogging when I need to be playing with them and that simply can’t happen. I’m a mommy first, blogger second, so I knew that something had to give with the blog.
In deciding what to change, in our minds it made the most sense to keep the stores we personally shop at the most. As you probably know, Stef and I are huge couponers ourselves and our three favorite stores are Target, Kroger, and CVS. Consequently, we’ve decided to give up Martin’s and Meijer for right now. For those of you that read our deals for these two stores, I apologize for any inconvenience this change causes.
